Packages are generally dispatched within 2 - 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via CANADA POST Small Packet Air without tracking. If you would like tracking with required signature that is available as a selection at checkout, an additional cost will be applied. If you select to have your package tracked we will provide you an email with a link for you to track your shipment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  We advise you to group your items in one order and we will ship them together whenever possible.  We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your prints from damage.

All duties and taxes that may be applicable are the responsibility of the buyer.  


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected by Mopro, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of your refund and the refund will be processed.  A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 2-3 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
